Welcome to Earch Designers Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Earch Designers Ltd is a company registered in Kenya, operating from Donholm Caltex, Nairobi.

02 Products & Services

We provide architectural house plans, construction designs, and related digital products. All products are delivered as digital download files (PDF, ZIP, RAR) after payment confirmation.

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Product images are for illustration purposes; actual files may vary.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

03 Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through M-Pesa payment integration. Payment must be completed in full before digital files are released for download.

                Note: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once files have been downloaded.
            

Payment via M-Pesa STK Push confirms your order automatically.
If payment fails or is cancelled, no files will be delivered.
Download links are sent via email and are also available in your account dashboard.

04 Intellectual Property

All house plans, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Earch Designers Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a plan grants you a license for personal use on a single construction project.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased files with third parties.
Modifications and derivatives remain the property of Earch Designers Ltd.

05 Limitation of Liability

Earch Designers Ltd provides plans "as is" and makes no warranties regarding fitness for a specific purpose, local building code compliance, or construction accuracy.

                Recommendation: Always consult a licensed structural engineer before beginning any construction.
            

We are not liable for any construction errors, omissions, or damages arising from use of our plans.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

06 Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
